From Incentive Trips and Executive Retreats to Multigenerational Family Reunions, We Design Group Travel That Runs Smoothly for Two Hundred People Just as Easily as for Two
Different Purposes. The Same Thoughtful Planning.
A corporate program and a family or social group trip address very different goals-one is measured in outcomes and ROI, the other in shared memories. We plan both, with the structure each one actually requires.
Corporate Travel
What it is:
Incentive trips, executive retreats, and offsites built around a business purpose-with a program, not just an itinerary.
What we manage:
Family & Social Groups
What it is:
Reunions, multigenerational trips, and friend- group getaways-built around togetherness, at whatever scale that requires.
What we design:
Whether it's twelve executives or forty family members, every group rests on the same foundation: one advisor, and a trip that runs the way it was designed to.

Corporate Programs
For Corporate ProgramsVilla d'Este — Lake Como, Italy
A 16th-century villa on Lake Como that has quietly hosted world leaders and business elites since the 1870s—including the Ambrosetti Forum, an international economic summit held here annually since 1975. With 18 meeting rooms and full AV capability alongside 152 guest rooms, it's a rare property that handles high-level business and five-star hospitality equally well.
Montage Palmetto Bluff — South Carolina
A 20,000-acre Lowcountry retreat between Hilton Head and Savannah, with over 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including ballrooms exceeding 6,600 square feet. Team-building extends naturally into the setting—sporting clays, a Jack Nicklaus golf course, and riverfront dining—making it as suited to an executive offsite as it is to the informal networking that follows one.
One offers old-world summit gravitas on a European lake, the other a relaxed Southern estate built for teams to unwind between sessions—the right fit depends on the tone your program needs.
Family & Social Groups
Round Hill Hotel & Villas — Montego Bay, Jamaica
A 110-acre private peninsula available for full-property buyout, with 27 individually designed villas alongside oceanfront suites—accommodating up to 300 guests across the full estate. Ideal when a family or friend group is large enough that coordinating individual bookings would be its own project: one buyout puts everyone on the same property, with private villas for separate households and shared spaces for the group to gather.
Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort — Hawaii Island
An 81-acre oceanfront retreat available for full or partial buyout, built around Hawaiian hospitality rather than a conventional resort layout. Groups have exclusive use of the restaurants, pools, and event spaces, with built-in activities—sunrise paddles, snorkeling, and canoe races in Kahuwai Bay—that give a mixed-age group something shared to do each day, without anyone having to plan it.
Whether it's an annual family trip or a friend group finally traveling together, the challenge is the same: getting everyone in one place, comfortably. These are two of the properties built to make that easy.
